1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “the Client”), and Viral Mouse Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the viralmouse.in website as well as any other media form, media channel, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

The actual provision of these services to any client is governed by a separate, formal service agreement or contract, which will outline the specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. The information on this Site does not constitute a binding offer to perform services.

The Site may contain links to other websites (“Third-Party Websites”) as well as articles, photographs, text, and other content belonging to or originating from third parties (“Third-Party Content”).
